If you are a user of Microsoft’s Office 2007 there is a very handy addon that will allow you to save your files in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format. This can be extremely useful when you need to send, for example, a Word document to someone but you don’t want them to be able to edit the original document.

Obviously you need a valid copy of Microsoft Office in order to download this addon. And according to the download page it supports the following Windows operating systems and Office programs:

Operating Systems:

  • Windows Server 2003
  • Windows Vista
  • Windows XP Service Pack 2

Office Programs:

  • Microsoft Office Access 2007
  • Microsoft Office Excel 2007
  • Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007
  • Microsoft Office OneNote 2007
  • Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007
  • Microsoft Office Publisher 2007
  • Microsoft Office Visio 2007
  • Microsoft Office Word 2007
